How do change a tyre or rim ID?

It happens! You stock receipt a serial number incorrectly, and now you need to fix it. Well fear not my fair fingered friend, there is an easy fix.

Data Entry | Change Tyre ID
  1. Type the serial number you want to change, and press Enter .
  2. Type the new serial number, and be sure to change the New Other ID as well.
  3. Press OK to confirm the change.


What is the Other ID?
The other ID field allows you to retain the original serial number of a tyre or rim while using the serial number field to record a site ID. This can also be done when stock receipting tyres and rims, or when fitting a new tyre/rim to a vehicle.
  1. Type the serial number you want to change, and press  Enter .
  2. Type the new serial number, and press   OK   to confirm the change.
