What is the KLINGE Hosted Solution?
KLINGE hosting is a service provided to clients as a low-cost alternative to on-premise deployment of their TTC software on internal servers. Klinge operate, maintain & govern the server that hosts your data, TTC is accessed via the online client Parallels or direct access from a HTML5 compliant browser. KLINGE charge only for the access to the service on a per-user annual basis. There are no additional fees for server maintenance, support or infrastructure.
A fast, proven & cost-effective solution that puts the largest part of support for the network with KLINGE. This solution also provides several inherent benefits, such as centralized data & application control including remote access. Currently successfully running for several large clients, servicing upwards of 10 mines on average each. This solution practically eliminates database corruption & addresses network performance issues, as the server is dedicated with no other traffic.
